Doubles Oversized T-Shirt

Doubles is one of the most iconic street foods in Trinidad and Tobago, loved for its bold flavours and simple ingredients. It is made with two soft, fried pieces of bara filled with curried Channa (chickpeas). Doubles is usually topped with tamarind sauce, pepper sauce, cucumber, mango chutney, or kuchela. It has roots in Trinidad’s Indo-Caribbean community and reflects the country’s rich East Indian heritage. Traditionally eaten for breakfast, doubles is now enjoyed throughout the day from roadside vendors across the country. For many Trinbagonians, doubles is more than food—it is an important part of the culture and a must-try experience for visitors.
